How do I register?

Can I apply if I am located outside of the United Kingdom?

Yes, you can apply from any part of the world.

How do I bid?

Once you are registered on GadsWholesale, you can go to the auction page and enter the highest amount that you are willing to pay. Please note the message near the top of the page, which indicates if your bid is high enough to become the current high bid. If not, you may wish to increase your bid. For each bid you enter, you will receive an email confirmation that your bid was successfully placed.

What condition is the merchandise in?

The condition of the merchandise being sold varies on an auction to auction basis. Please view the auction page for information for each listing.

Why did I lose the auction if I bid the same amount as another bidder?

In order to win an auction, you need to bid a higher amount than the current high bidder. If both you and another buyer placed maximum bids of $1,000, but the other bidder placed their bid before yours, they will win the auction.

How do I know if I win?

At the close of the auction, the winning bidder is notified by email. 

How often are there new auctions?

We don’t have a particular order or pattern but surely you’ll get an email notification when we have new auctions.

How do I pay? How long do I have to pay?

You bank via Bank Transfer, you’ll get an email with the bank details after you win an auction.

Can I combine multiple payments together?

Yes, but you have to reference when you pay.

What do I do after I have paid?

You’ll get an email from us to confirm your payment within 24 hours. We’ll ship within 24 hours after the confirmation of payments.

Can I pick up the merchandise myself? Can I just pay when I pick it up?

Yes, you can.

What is your return policy

You have 3 days to examine your order. You can return if goods are not ‘as described’.
